I have just started summer assignments.
Today I read an article of BBC news.
It is about preparaion for Russian gas shut-off.
I watch a movie;Coupez! today.
This is a remake of a Japanese zonbie-comedy movie,"kamera wo tomeruna"aka "One cut of the Dead"
This is a good movie and I enjoyed it.
But the movie did not make the same impact on me as when I first saw the original one.

It was rainy day today.
I went to the Itagaki cafe and ate a "peachmelva", one of seasonal speacial menu.
It was very delicious.

Today I went out walking for about an hour.
On my way home I dropped by a grocery store.
I bougth a piece of watermelon for dessert.

I went running with my husband.
We ran up to the Dainen -ji hill.
At the top of the hill, we enjoy watching hydrangea bushes there.
Then we ran down the long stone stairs.

It was hot day today.
Today's topic of Learning modern Englis with NHK world news
was about the funeral celemony of the former PM Abe.
I was really surprised when I heard the news that Abe was shot dead.
I heard the culprit had a grudge agianst Abe.

It was a hot day.
I was exahusted and got a headache.
I thought I had heatstroke.

It was humid and hot day today,
I went running to the Kawachi area.
I rest at the Kokusati-center station' square.
There are the monuments that were built to commemorate the Olympic gold medal.
One commemorates Arakawa Shizue and the other two commemorates Hanyu Yuzuru.
