I went out walking in dirizzly rain today.
Today was the substitue holiday for a national holiday called "Mountain day"
Originally Mountain day is cerebrated on August 11th.
Tokyo olympic was held in Japan, so Mountain day was moved from August 11th to August 8th.

Typhoon 9 downgraded to a tropical storm.
But it still brings heavy rain and wind.
I pay attention to it.

I prepared for Bon festival.
I cleaned graveyard, offered flowers and decorated a pair of Bon lntern in front of the Buddhist altar.

It was cool today.
I felt autumn is just around the corner.
It rained heavly in Western Japan.
Today's Japanese high school baseball tornaments in the Koshien Stadium was postponed because of rain.

New cases of COVID-19 in Miyagi prefecture increased sharply.
Miyagi reported record 220 COVID-19 cases on August 12.
I worry that cases will more increase.
I have to take care COVID-19.

It rains strongly in western Japan.
The highest-level-alert for heavy rainfall was issued.
It also rains in my city.
I stay home today.

Today is the anniversary of the end of the Pacific War.
But conflicts continue around the world.
So many people were killed and are suffered from conflicts.
I really wish people all over the world can live happily in a peaceful world...
